With an extensive professional experience with Porsches, Matt Shaw and co-founder Chris Roaden formed Precision Motoring in 2008. Precision Motoring was formed to expand the business interests beyond the Porsche brand to include the burgeoning MINI Cooper performance aftermarket. Precision soon formed a working affiliation with the Phil Wicks MINI Driving Academy and most recently, as the official MINI Cooper race preparation shop for the North American MINI Cooper Challenge to transform regular MINIs into race prepared and NAMCC eligible racers. Precision Motoring prepares and co-sponsors the Mini Mania sponsored MCS racecar #68 in the NAMCC.
Matt Shaw the founder and owner of Classic Porsche Restoration (CPR) started the business in 2003. He has been a member of the Porsche Club of America since 1986. He is a certified PCA Driving Instructor and licensed Club Racing Driver. He has been racing and restoring Porsche motorcars for over 20 years. He is a recognized authority on Porsche wheel fitment and wheel restoration. With the help of engineers at Racer’s Edge, RPM Engineering and Renntag Motorwerks he has designed and developed performance Porsche products. In 2008 Precision Motoring was formed with Chris Roaden and Mauricio Gomez. Precision Motoring specializes in custom performance products, race preparation and wheel fitment with special interest in Porsche, Mini Cooper and Nissan. Precision Motoring is the authority in wheel fitment and installation no matter what you drive.
